REFUNDS

Refunds take 5 working days to reflect in one’s account. Refund will only be processed if Mazvita Groceries fails to deliver goods 5 days outside the agreed delivery date once payment has been confirmed. We will always endeavour to deliver orders as soon as we can and agreed a delivery date with customer.

Refunds cannot be to any client with respect to the changes of prices. If prices have changed and are advertised and the client is unaware of these price changes made, then the difference needs to pay by the client before the order can be processed.

DELIVERY

Mazvita groceries will attempt to deliver groceries once on the agreed delivery date, our delivery driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes if no response a redelivery will need to be rebooked at a fee of $9.

Please ensure that recipient of groceries check the delivery note to ensure that all goods ordered have been delivered and signed the delivery note. The delivery driver is only allowed to return with damaged goods only which must be marked on note and customer services advised within 24 hours of delivery.

Our delivery driver will contact customers with an estimated delivery window, please ensure you pickup or respond to the whatsapp.

Returns Policy.

We Value every Mazvita customer, we understand there will be occasions where a product of products need to be returned , we check every product before it leaves our depot. It is inevitable that there will be occasions where a customer needs to return goods.

If unhappy with your purchase or state of the goods, then this must be reported to us within 24hrs of the delivery date and we will gladly exchange and replace this product.

To be eligible for a return, product needs to be in the same condition when the item was received and in its original packaging, please ensure customer care is made aware and pictures along with delivery mote sent in. The customer care team will contact the customer to advise on the next steps of the refund depending on quantities involved
